Creating this energy and has more to do with how you relate to yourself internally than it does with how you exist externally. You create and affect your own emotional balance using your thoughts in a simple cycle. This cycle has a tremendous impact on how you feel and react to your feelings on a moment to moment basis.

Your thoughts become actions and your actions become reality. This creates a cycle of cause and effect, generating either the harmonious or toxic environments that you live in both internally and externally.

Why do I become imbalanced?

Because of pre-set belief systems and thinking habits in your subconscious mind, you often act, react, and live according to pre-set patterns. This is fine if all of your thoughts and beliefs are healthy and supportive. However, it can be very destructive if you have not aligned your thoughts and beliefs. This allows them to become negative and self-inflict pain into your life.

When your internal environment becomes unhealthy through constant negative, angry or confrontational self-talk, this creates an internal environment of negative thoughts which turn into negative actions and reactions.
